Non-Returnable Items

Please note that all electronic items are non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Smartphones, laptops, desktops
• Tablets, smartwatches
• PC components, networking gear, and other electronic devices

We do not accept returns for these products once they have been sold and delivered.

Limited Returns – Accessories Only

We only consider returns for non-electronic accessories such as:

• Bags, sleeves, stands, or mounts
• Phone cases, keyboard/mouse pads, etc.

However, these are subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• Must be returned within 7 days of delivery
